Our Vision

To adopt modern techniques for afforestation, water conservation and other environmental problems, make awareness among the children and youngsters for better and greener tomorrow. Empower the rural economy by doubling farmers income with fruit bearing tree plantations along the betterment of environment.

Our Mission

The goal of our is to address the environmental challenges by adopting a scientific and sustainable approach, propagate indigenous and local species for better ecological impact and rich biodiversity with people participation for better environment and nation building.

Prayas Youth Foundation is a leading environmental organization in Maharashtra working for better environment by adopting modern and scientific techniques of afforestation which is working to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of United Nations, established in 2010 by Mr. Ravi Choudhary along with some NCC cadets. We are not only planting sapling but also converting them into trees by taking proper care on regular basis. Along with green cover management we are also engaged with other environmental activities like Water and Soil Conservation, Save Birds Campaign, Eco Friendly Festival Celebrations, Seeds Collection, Cleaning Drive on Hills, Save Trees Movement, Nature Tour, Scrap Collection, Blood Donation etc.

प्रयास युथ फाउंडेशन औरंगाबाद शहरातील सामाजिक संस्था म्हणून एक अग्रगण्य नाव!!! का झाली असेल ही संस्था एवढी लोकप्रिय कारण म्हणजे यांचे वृक्षसंवर्धन असो की नवीन झाडे लावायची असो ही मंडळी अर्ध्या रात्री सुद्धा तयार असतात. औरंगाबाद शहराच्या चिकलठाणा कचरा डेपो ला झाडे लाऊन सुंदर ठेवण्याचे काम या संस्थेच्या मंडळीने उत्तम केले आहे. शहरात डेंट फाॅरेस्ट असायला हवा याची नुसतीच मागणी न करता ते काम या लोकांनी करून दाखवले आहे. अजूनही या शहरासाठी या लोकांना उत्तम काम करायची तळमळ नेहमीच दिसते त्यासाठी मनःपूर्वक शुभेच्छा!!!

Prayas youth foundation is spreading awareness in youngsters of city towards environment. Not only awareness but also pushes youth to take actions like planting trees as they have made efforts for growing a mini forest in Aurangabad. This foundation is making his prayas to increase green cover wherever it is possible in the city which will definitely save Aurangabad in future from increasing climate change issues at least it will reduce. Team Prayas has taken a really good initiative of making Aurangabad green zone. Tree plantation is a need of hour and Prayas has been doing a great job by creating forest like Miyawaki. It is going to be the oxygen zone for Aurangabadkars. We have seen draught or less rain problems in Marathwada, now with the tree plantation at every corner by Prayas team will solve that as well because tree does save the water in soil. I think more people should volunteer for better health of Aurangabad and to support Prayas foundation. Wish you all the best team!
