Sterlite Green Belt is our first CSR project by Sterlite Technologies Limited under which we planted 5000 trees in 2016-17 by using the Multi-Layer Plantation method. The major challenge we faced while execution was to plant trees with water pipes below ground and high tension cables above head. This is native tree forest with some area dedicated for fruit forests which helped us to experience a more rich biodiversity.
